Return Process

  Log in to your Karaca account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to fragile porcelain or glassware during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
